UK Land Registry – Site Terms

What These Terms Cover

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you related to seeking a title register, title plan, and such other services as are displayed on our website from time to time. For further information regarding our services, please refer to our website https://www.uklandregistry.uk (and the Terms of Use which apply to its usage, accessible via https://www.uklandregistry.uk/terms-conditions).

Why You Should Read Them

Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you think there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

Agreement

Upon submitting your order to us, you will be required to click on the button marked “I agree” to indicate that you accept these terms. A refusal to do so will prevent you from receiving any services.

Your Rights to Make Changes

If you wish to make a change to anything you have ordered, please contact us. We will inform you if the change is possible and discuss any necessary changes to the price or timing. If we cannot make the change, you may choose to end the contract (see “Your Rights to End the Contract”).

Our Rights to Make Changes

  • Minor Changes to the Services: We may change our services to reflect changes in laws and regulatory requirements or to make minor technical adjustments.
  • More Significant Changes: If significant changes are needed, we will notify you, and you may contact us to end the contract before the changes take effect.

Providing the Services

  • When We Will Provide the Services: We offer a fully online application service available 24/7, with options to select processing times.
